What happens when the right people come together with the same mission? We want to introduce someone who has become an essential part of our team—Chris Anuszewski, our Director of Sales & Operations. With the right leadership and shared vision, we’ve seen remarkable growth; Chris has played a key role in helping us operate at a higher level.

How our team has evolved. Over the years, we’ve experienced tremendous growth and transformation. That progress has come through intentional decisions, strong partnerships, and a focus on building a team that shares common goals. Bringing Chris into the organization marked a significant milestone in our continued development.

From the very beginning, Chris brought with him deep experience in technology and operations, particularly within real estate teams and large organizations. His arrival helped us reinforce the culture we were building and bring structure to the way we work behind the scenes.

Leading operations and sales at the highest level. Chris leads all sales and operations across the organization. His leadership ensures that our systems, culture, and client experience are aligned and executed with excellence. Though he is based in our Orlando office, his influence is felt throughout every part of our business.

One of the most valuable qualities Chris brings is his passion for solving complex problems. With a focus on scalability and efficiency, he creates better systems and processes that allow us to serve people more effectively, both internally and externally.

Supporting both agents and clients. We serve two types of clients: our agents and our end consumers. Our goal is to support both with care, precision, and consistency. Chris plays a key role in helping us deliver smooth, end-to-end experiences that ensure no detail is missed and every person feels taken care of.

With strong operational leadership in place, we’re able to focus more on building relationships, supporting clients, and growing our reach. Chris allows us to function at our highest level without getting caught up in the day-to-day details of backend operations.

Fixing what’s broken—permanently. When something isn’t working, Chris dives in, finds the issue, and implements long-term solutions. His ability to remove roadblocks means we’re always improving and able to serve more clients in a better way, again and again.
