From running businesses to mentoring others, our past careers helped us create a real estate practice centered on trust, relationships, and success.

Have you ever asked your real estate agent what they did before they got into the business? Most people don't, but the answer says a lot about how someone works, what they value, and how they treat the people they serve.

Our story doesn't start with open houses or listing presentations. It starts in a dental office in New York and a math classroom in New Jersey.

On my side, I'm Laurie, and I spent almost 20 years as a dental hygienist. I worked with several dentists, helped build out the hygiene side of their practices, and eventually partnered with a periodontist at the forefront of implant dentistry. That work taught me precision, patience, and how to make people feel comfortable during something most of them dread.

When I moved to Florida, I shifted gears and joined the optical lens manufacturing business. My husband at the time and I built that company from the ground up, trained employees who had never worked in the industry before, and watched them grow into their roles. After about ten years, we sold the business, and I found myself asking what was next.

The answer was real estate, but not because I loved houses. Honestly, that's the last thing anyone wants to hear. I got into it because I loved helping people, learning new things, and building real relationships. That was 25 years ago, and that same drive is still what fuels me today, whether I'm helping a buyer find the right home or walking a family through selling a property after losing a loved one.

“These combined experiences are now instrumental in expanding our real estate practice while consistently delivering exceptional results for our clients.”

Dan's path looked different, but the foundation was the same. He and his wife owned a supplemental math education business with multiple locations across New York and New Jersey. They worked with hundreds of families who trusted them with one of the most important things in their lives: their kids' education.

It wasn't always easy. The kids didn't always want to be there. So Dan and his team had to find ways to customize programs, build comfort, and earn trust one family at a time. That experience shaped everything about how he approaches real estate today.

By 2014, Dan had already started helping people with real estate on the side. He was licensed in New York and New Jersey, working in both commercial and residential. When he moved to Florida in 2018, he had a clear vision: build a platform where relationship-driven agents could focus on their clients without getting buried in the administrative side of the business. That vision is what our team runs on today.

What we share is simple. We both came from people-first careers. We both built businesses from scratch. And we both know what it means to earn trust, show up consistently, and treat every client like they matter, because they do.

Real estate is personal. Your home is likely your biggest financial asset, and the decision to buy or sell comes with real weight. Having a team that understands that, not just from a transaction standpoint but from years of working closely with people in other industries, changes how the entire process feels.

If you're thinking about buying or selling in Palm Beach, we'd love to talk it through with you. No pressure, just a real conversation about your goals and how we can help.
