Erik and his wife Talia along with their three boys, Ryan, Ethan and Jonah moved to South Florida from Long Island, New York in 2021, and feel fortunate to call Florida their new home. As a recent transplant himself, Erik quickly became an expert in the relocation process from start to finish and is able to understand and support every step of the way, helping many families transition from out of state. With the support of his team, he has quickly become a local expert and resource for families in all things real estate. Prior to joining The Karp Group, Erik worked in the nursing home administration field for eight years where he thrived on running the best possible operation and providing excellent customer service while building strong relationships with families he worked with.
